Job Duties:

Applicant must know or be familiar with how to plan menus and prepare Italian-style dishes, dinners, desserts, and other foods. Applicant must know how to check the quality of raw or cooked food products to ensure that standards are adhered to strictly. Applicant must know how to prepare meats, soups, sauces, vegetables, and other foods prior to cooking; season and cook food according to the prescribed method; instruct staff members in the preparation, cooking, garnishing, or presentation of the dishes. Applicant must know how to estimate food consumption and requisitions or purchases supplies; analyze recipes to assign prices to menu items, based on food, labor, and overhead costs. Applicant must be experienced in sanitation practices to ensure food quality.

This is a great local spot!! Fresh food and always great company! The hosts and the staff always make you feel right at home. It’s our go-to spot for a good meal and a great time! Highly recommend it for a casual dinner or date night!!

We absolutely love this place. Been going here for years. Had Anniversary parties, birthday parties, party parties and just lunch sometimes. Owners are the best and everyone working as a team are like family. Always treated better than deserved. Definitely a place to go.

Well, I’ll start with the two of our favorite people Nesip and Jacob whom we have come to love!! We have gotten to know them well for several years now and have built a special brotherly bond with them. Trapeze is our favorite place to come for a great dinner, appetizers, or a cocktail at the bar!! Their hospitality is to be commended, they treat everyone as if part of the family!! Always greeting guests at the door, always addressing them by name, and recalling their cocktail of choice!!
